Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any return or damage claim, a proper, unedited unboxing video is strictly required. The video must clearly show the package being opened from its original sealed state, highlighting any damage or missing items. Return requests without a valid video will not be entertained.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or another item from our collection, please note that the delivery and logistics charges for the exchange process will be borne entirely by the customer.
